Return & Exchange Policy

At Misaal Designer Studio we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

All the products are made with hand block/screen printed fabrics and the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

 

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at miss.aldesignerstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

 

Refunds:

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

• Each order is eligible for one return only.
